28.5.6 A worker who wishes to adopt a child is entitled to unpaid leave to participate in mandatory interviews or examinations required as part of the adoption process. The worker and the employer should agree on the length of unpaid leave. If there is no agreement, the worker is entitled to two days of unpaid leave. If the worker has paid leave, the employer can ask the worker to take the leave. 20.1.3 A worker may deduct, with the agreement of his employer, up to five days of service leave over a 12-month period. 14.6 Among the rates of pay for this price is the adjustment of the arbitration network to be paid in the May 2004 safety net review decision [PR002004] and the June 2005 safety net review decision [PR002005]. This adjustment of the safety net put in place can be compensated at an equivalent amount in the wage rates collected by employees whose wages and conditions of employment are governed by this bonus and which are higher than the wage rates prescribed by the premium. These premiums include salaries payable on the basis of certified agreements, current operational enterprise flexibility agreements, Australian enterprise agreements, bonus deviations for the application of enterprise agreements and over-price agreements. Absorption contrary to the terms of an agreement is not necessary.
Increases made under previous national principles or the current declaration of principle, with the exception of those resulting from enterprise agreements, should not be used to compensate for safety net adjustments. It is proposed that a worker and his employer be able to accept that the worker takes twice as much annual leave at mid-wage. For example, a worker takes two weeks of annual leave, but is paid only for one week. One week of annual leave is deducted from the worker`s leave. Any agreement to take double annual leave in this way must be recorded in writing and retained as a staff dataset. 17.2.4 (b) A Grade 4 coach plays a role in the design and implementation of the elite program for sport. As part of an overall budget and general parameters agreed between the employer and the NSO, they implement the programs with a high degree of independence and take responsibility for the success of the program. These include talent identification, specialized training programs, competition plans, sports science and sports medicine, the development of education and medicine, active employer promotion, relations with the NSO and public institutes, and contribution to the overall development of sport.
