If the Materials or any part thereof are based on, are derived from, or relate to the fact that the Company is wholly or partially owned by the Company (“Business Property”), this Agreement or this Agreement does not grant you any right to or to any property owned by the Company, and you do not have the right to: to use such materials in any manner, or applicable part, beyond pitching and/or submitting to the Company in accordance with this provision. The party should examine how the submission agreement is consistent with or inconsistent with the original agreement and ensure that it has achieved the desired relationship between the two agreements.
